Account Details

In opening a Player Account, you will not provide any information or make any statement which is false, incorrect or misleading.

You may not have more than one account. If EuroCasinoBet detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to close the account with lower casino balance and funds on this account will be forfeited to EuroCasinoBet.

Once an account is open, a player should be updating his/her account with regards to email, mailing address, zip code, telephone and other vital information that should enable us to contact him/her if need arises.

You are fully responsible for all taxes, fees and other costs incidental to and arising from winnings resulting from use of the Online Casino.

The debit/credit card details supplied by you in the registration process are those of the registered account holder and the card has not been reported as lost or stolen.

It is not possible to transfer/sell/acquire accounts from one player to another. It is also not possible to transfer any funds from one player account to another.

Blocked Accounts

We reserve the right to block your account in case you have not logged in during the last 9 months and we were not able to reach you by phone or email. The said account will not be considered functional and EuroCasinoBet reserves the right to deduct an administration fee of €5 per month until such time that you call in to reactivate the account or go through the full closure procedure.

There may be instances where the inactivity fee that was deducted on a monthly basis as mentioned above may be requested back by the player. Before such funds will be processed, EuroCasinoBet will demand verification documents from you and if satisfied with the documents, we will reverse the qualifying administration fee deducted.

Dormant Accounts

A dormant account is a player’s account which has not been utilized for the last 30 months. EuroCasinoBet will first contact the player and if no response was heard, we would close the account and in circumstances where the player wishes to reactivate the account, the player has to contact on support and the account will be reopened.

In situation where the account dormancy lingers beyond 30 months and we are unable to make contact with the player, EuroCasinoBet will remit the funds to the players account held by the Malta Gaming Authority Malta (MGA) as per the regulations. The player may contact the MGA personally for the recovery of such funds.


The minimum amount that you may deposit is 20 EUR and the maximum amount per transaction is 500 EUR.

You will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction. A complete transaction is considered when the appropriate amount of money appears in EuroCasinoBet account. Please, print out all transaction data and keep it at an easily accessible place. Notification email will be sent as soon as your payment has been received. WithDrawals & Rules

  • If you request withdrawal, you need to send verification documentation before any payout is made. You accept that EuroCasinoBet has the right to demand documentation in order to verify your identity. Although we might still demand further documentation depending on the circumstances.
  • EuroCasinoBet does not approve any withdrawal of amount until identification details are verified.
  • You are allowed to withdraw funds from your player’s account at anytime through the same account from where the funds where deposited.
  • It is prohibited to withdraw funds not utilized for game play.

Refund of Deposit

You always have access to your funds. You can request a "payout" at anytime from the bank balance you have in your account without any fee, subject to a maximum of 3 withdrawals during any 7 day period.

Exceptional Circumstances

If a player deposits into EuroCasinoBet Account or credit card transaction and denies payment to our account, EuroCasinoBet has the right to pursue a legal action against such player.

EuroCasinoBet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets in case we consider the transaction as suspicious. Credit card fraud is a serious offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible.

A notice reducing a limit or increasing the exclusion has effect immediately after it is received by EuroCasinoBet.

No wager is accepted by the player contrary to a limit or exclusion set by the player.

Reality Check

Anti Money Laundering
